Standard rubber seals, o-rings and other parts are carried in stock to allow for quick delivery within 24 hours! Most of the rubber seals, o-rings and other products below are available in a variety of rubber compounds including HNBR (HSN), Nitrile, Viton and can be molded to your specific rubber compound as well. These parts have been tested and approved by some of the biggest names in the oil industry. We have rubber material tested to the toughest standards and rubber seals that will stand up to the harshest environments.
Many of Seahawk’s rubber seals and other components are the same shape, size, and configuration but molded out of a variety of rubber material based on our customers’ needs. In order to ensure you get the right rubber seal in the right material, our MATLOC ® packaging ensures you get the right material from shipment to assembly; minimizing human error. Seahawk can provide stocking agreements for your custom molded rubber components. We have JIT delivery arrangements with our customers based on their particular stocking needs. This allows us to reduce lead time to less than 5 days, reduce our customers’ inventory footprint and in many cases provide cost reduction.
